Well, Monday was a great day of relaxation and wonderful food for me. It was a chance to just forget about most things and just hang with the family and eat like never before. Priase the Lord for good friends and good food.
Tuesday was a good day for getting back to work and getting things done. There always seems to be so much that needs to be done. Tonight (2:30am on Wednesday) I stayed up to see how the storms were going to treat us that were moving in. There was supposed to be 60mph winds, quarter size hail, and heavy rains. I fell asleep in the recliner waiting for it and was awakened when some loud rain began hitting our skylights in the living room. BUT, it doesn’t seem to be much of anything except rain so far. Guess I’ll head to bed for a little bit of shut-eye before work time again.
Hope to see everyone at church @ 7pm tonight. Nothing like being together with friends and sharing in our relationship with Christ. We will be finishing our long-running study of David finally.
VERSE of the DAY: Psalm 105:1-4 “O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. 2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. 3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. 4 Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.”
My heart hopes that EL GATO de BLANCO finds her way into your life today!!
